QUESTION
Can I get money that is rightfully mine from Paypal and Ebay from in item I sold that they won''t give to me.

More details to this question:
Sold a laptop on Ebay for 560.00 with shipping came to 620.00 Paypal emailed me and stated.that they received the money and in order for me to get it I had to ship the item. Mind you I could not use the money for shipping that was provided so I had to pay for shipping myself. So I sent them the reference number and they stated that the money will be in my account in a few hours and that was three days ago. and this morning Ebay emailed me and said that the money was never received and to go on the site and file for them to give I the money for the item once on Ebay they told me that my item number never existed. I have all the emails from Paypal and from Ebay saying that I sold my item and that the money was there and now their saying that it''s not so what should I do?
