Can I press charges against him?

More details to this question:
I'm 16 years old and in January i decided to pet sit. I was pet sitting 2 old dogs at my house from 6 in the morning till 6 at night. The owner has dissapeard and hasent payed me. I have papers of his signature and information and his agreement in letting me take care of his dogs. He even signed the part that said "if late 30$ charge for being late to pay". It's been 4 months and I wanted to know if I can take him to court and press charges. I have my parents permission

Your parents can sue him on your behalf.  Nobody can "press charges" because this is not a criminal matter, but a breach of contract.
