Can I start a rewards program for my subscribers where I share my lottery tickets with them?

I have loyal monthly subscribers and I would like to start a rewards program for their loyalty. I want to share daily lottery tickets I purchase from non member money with my members and if the lottery is won all proceeds are divided equally with all members. Must be of age and jurisdiction. Must sign electronic document acknowledging that the tickets are being shared, that the tickets are purchased with non-member money, that they must be of age, that they must live in the correct state, that my company has nothing to do with the purchase of lottery tickets or the promotion of or the distribution of any lottery products. The company does not advocate gambling. Can this be done? My company is registered out of Pennsylvania and it's an on-line video game that's on Google Play and apple play.
