Can I Sue Burger king from falling off a broken step ladder

I fell off a step ladder at Burger king about 2 years ago hitting a ice machine in my mid back I have back pain ever since I have gone to the er and got x rays I know it was caught on camera everything the manager even burned on a CD that day what can I do

You do not explain what you were doing on the ladder. If you were an employee, your remedies are limited to workers compensation. Moreover, the passage of time may have caused your claims to be barred by an applicable statute of limitations. See an attorney.
