More details to this question:
I manufacturer a product,90% is sold to another that resells the product on Amazon, Etsy, website, etc and until a year ago on EBay. B/c of some very difficult problems the owner went through, he lost the EBay account and was banned for life.I contacted EBay on his behalf to explain his situation but was told that because I was not a "Partner" or involved with this account I could not get any information,I was invited and encouraged to open my own account and do my own selling. 60 days later after hours of creating listings, pictures etc I started selling. I sold 6 items in 7 days, $650 in sales. The 7th day I was contacted by Ebay via email, my account was suspended indefinitely.I called Ebay and was told that I was banned because I knew someone that was banned, I said "so I am being discriminated against because of someone that I know" and was told yes, I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told the same by 2 others.McCarthyism? Do I have a case??

There is no law against discrimination, or even "Mccarthyism", per se. It is only illegal for private citizens to discriminate in certain matters for reasons which are statutorily prohibited - race, gender, religion, etc. Moreover, because there are many other venues where you can sell your merchandise, I don't think that you have an antitrust case either.
