i want to sue the mall management to let the opening of another Christmas store in the mall, however we talked about if i will open year round christmas store in the mall, they said i will be the only christmas store, but now they let to open another christmas store, it is not indicated on the contract , but i have everything saved in my email, what can i do in that case? thank you,

It depends entirely on the terms of your lease. If you have an exclusive on a particular line of business, you have the right to insist that competitors be excluded. Otherwise, you're SOL.
