i purchased security camera system from online .it was defective item. b/c i didn't return reason why i payed extra money for installation camera for my store. i fixed twice time DVR. they couldn't fix. they say over 6o days can not money back and no exchange. So, i am gonna do small claims i can not find owner' name from secretary of state. i think, they just do online business without register business to secretary of state i don't know who sue to? thank you

You say you purchased the camera system. I assume that you did not pay cash, so who did you make the check out to, or who processed the credit card or other electronic payment? If you paid xyz, inc., that is the party you sue.
