More details to this question:
I was the assistant general manager and inventory and other paper work was apart of my job, I recently stepped down from that position and trained someone else for it. However my general manager wants me to continue doing the AGM's work, without making the same pay as I use too. Can they rightfully fire me if I refuse to do it?

Do you have a contract (which could be either individual or from collective bargaining, and could come about from an employee manual) which limits your employer's right to fire you? Do you believe that you are being discriminated against based on some statutorily prohibited reason, such as race, religion, or gender? If not, your employer can fire you for any reason at any time.
