More details to this question:
We boat a boat in March. Didn't receive it till May. Took it on the water,after a few minutes the beat broke down. Called the company they took the boat back at the end of May. Still no answer. We want our money back Please advise

It will depend upon your contract and warranty. Certainly no harm in making that demand in writing to start.
