Can you sue a infomercial commercial for trickery?

There is a infomercial I ordered from and they advertise one thing and charge your credit card another. They use trickery and false statements to lure you in. I know numerous people who were ripped off please email me if you are interested in bringing justice. Adamcc1985@gmail.com
If you did not get what you bargained for, you should return whatever you ordered and get your money back.
