QUESTION

Car exporting

Asked on May 16th, 2013 on Business Law - Florida
More details to this question:
We are a car-exporting business. We hire buyers because when you have valid insurance and a valid license, you get a discount at BMW and Mercedes dealers that we can't get so we hire you. All you are is a body and a signature so we can get that discount. You go into the dealer and the salesman already knows that you are just a signature. We have deals with these dealers for people to go in and sign for us. Legally, you can do this a maximum of five times in a calendar year. Our associate meets you at the dealer and pays you in cash. This is the way over 150 cars a month are sold in the area. If you are interested, kindly answer the following questions: How old are you? What insurance do you have? What is your credit score? (Some dealers require a higher credit score, though not all) Are you willing to provide proof of drivers license and insurance card? Thanks, Ashley This is what was sent to me from a craigslist add for a side job. Is this lagit? or some kind of scam. thanks!

I would be very, very cautious about something that appears too good to be true. Identity theft immediately comes to mind.
