Took vehicle into get oil changed. A month or so later, I took it into the dealer because it was running terribly. They said I had no oil. I said I just had it changed about a month and a half ago. I had them check the oil life left and the said it was 47%, so I asked where did the oil go, they said there were no evidence of leak. I need some help and advice as now I need a new engine

This is not a legal issue, this is a finanical one. If you cannot afford a new engine, you won't get far trying to blame the oil change place expecting them to "foot the bill" based your need an bare accusation. You drove the vehicle for a month or more with no issues, so its unlikely there was less than 50% oil in the engine, as there would have been all kinds of isses and warning lights. UNless you get clear and compelling evidence of fault on the oil change place, you will simply be paying for a new engine or repairs out of pocket.
