Client terminated work relationship and is refusing to pay for services

My company added a new server and finished the work. The client is stating they are not happy with the work and now moved to a new IT provider and are refusing to pay for services that were provided based on them not being satisfied.
You don't really ask a question, and your facts are pretty vague. You probably have the basis for a lawsuit, and they may or may not have a factual or legal defense.
