Commercial Lease

More details to this question:
I signed a commercial lease with an individual. However, the individual's name is not listed on the original lease. There are solely his and my signatures. Is the lease valid? I would like to invalidate it.

It is impossible to say without a review of the document. As a general matter, if the intentions of the parties are clear from the document and they intended to be bound, then the agreement will be enforceable even if it is imperfectly completed or filled out.
