Recently I found out that there is someone from Roanoke City who is using my Logo and company information on LinkedIn. Please advice how I shall proceed to file a claim against him. Kindly note that I am located in Egypt and do possess the Egyptian as well as the German nationality. My old website is: www.prosis-mea.com and my new one is www.prosis-eg.com. I am ready to furnish any documents requested.

Is your company name and logo trademarked? If so, you may have a trademark violation on your hands, but if not then you may be out of luck.
