So I have a neighborhood watch program, and if I have a picture of the seal of LAPD that they have on the side of their cars. And I photoshop the seal and make It say neighborhood watch instead of police. And just change the text around. Will it be considered copy rite. Can I get sued
Using the seal even if you modify the words would be copyright infringement at the very least, and might be construed as "impersonating a police officer". Don't do it.
