More details to this question:
A man wants to sue me for apparently using a design that is similar to his in a screen printing job done 2 years ago. The artwork does not look close, colors are off, layout is different. The t-shirt print job was for 25 tees at the price of 7.50 each, he wants to sue me for $140 and has threaten me with a retainer lawyer and has been harassing me these past two months. Can he be successful in suing me? I have the artwork I can submit and info in detail.

Between the "factual differences" and the time delay, this seems very unlikely. Further, no one brings a lawsuit for $140.
