Corporate name change and impact on existing contracts

More details to this question:
We recently changed of our Delaware C-Corp by filing a restated articles of incorporation. Is there anything we need to do in regards to existing agreements between founders, contractors and employees? Do we need to redo the contracts or make them sign something acknowledging the name change?

Changing your name does not legally effect your contracts. The entity, whatever its current name, is liable under the contract. Not for "legal" reasons but for commercial reasons you will want to let everyone doing business with the entity know of your name change.
