More details to this question:
I was wrongfully accused of stealing from a convenience store and I know that they record videos. The manager is a liar and I want to prove that I am innocent and that she is unprofessional and rude. I am 16 and if my parents tried to sue her for stress, slander, and embarrassment, is there a chance that we could win? Please answer both questions. Thanks.

A shopkeeper can make a stop a suspected shoplifter as long as the stop is reasonable. What is "reasonable" depends on the facts of the case. You should consult an attorney, preferably one who is board-certified in civil trial law, to discuss this matter further.
