QUESTION

do I have a case for a lawsuit

Asked on Sep 11th, 2012 on Business Law - Indiana
More details to this question:
A collection company froze my bank account and forced me to enter into an agreement that I could not complete. Their actions caused my bank to charge me overdraft fees greater than 1000.00. up to this point I had never, not once had an overdraft with that bank. I filed a complaint with the Indiana state attorney general' office. The collection company has started calling me again and demanding payment. Do I have a right to sue the collection company for the amount of overdraft charges they have caused me to incur. I live in Kentucky, the company is in Indiana
