Do I have any recourse with car purchase

More details to this question:
Purchased new car 7 days ago. Vehicle engine recalled with no fix identified day 7 Recall instructed to call dealer and park car which has been done. Now driving rental. Any chance of refund related to limited ownership time Suspicious dealer knew of recall and did not disclose info. Any help will be appreciated

It is really not possible to provide a definitive answer to this question. It depends on the nature of the recall and whether the problem is ulimately fixable. While a week seems like an excruciatingly long time to you, it is not in the eyes of the law (most people keep cars three years or longer), and the loss of the car for a mere week is not enough to trigger your state's lemon law.
