do we keep an LLC open after licensing out product.

More details to this question:
If we are not selling anything because we are in a licensing agreement should we close our LLC? I am wondering because of tax reasons and filing with the state ect. would royalty payments be considered our LLC or personal taxes?

You should keep your LLC open for several reasons. You may have a new product, there may be tax advantages. You should consult your CPA.
