QUESTION

Domain Registrar charges

Asked on Jun 16th, 2016 on Business Litigation - Texas
More details to this question:
A domain Registrar (Moniker) charged me for renewals of 49 domains ($1,061). I had changed them to NOT be renewed shortly after I registered them (July 28th 2015). I have screenshots that show the changes that I made, on that date. However, they do not see anything in their system logs for me making this change. So they do not want to refund me. I used to work there too and I spoke to a previous coworker, and he stated that the system sometimes has glitches and even changed his domains back to be renewed, even though he had selected them to not renew. Could I possibly win this case?

If you have evidence that you instructed the registrar not to renew the domains, you can win the case.  Of course, I haven't heard the other side.
