More details to this question:
I was sold a vehicle that the inspection vin number was different then what was the vin number of the vehicle . I bought the vehicle with bill of sale as is from a small business dealer . To sum up my story the truck should have never passed and it didn’t per real vin number not what was on the inspection paper . I spent 10k on a truck that I should have never have bought but I don’t know about how to fight my case or if I have a fighting case to persue . Please help
