Forming a business entity

More details to this question:
Interested in creating the following entity structures for asset and personal protection. Nondisclosure state Corp that governs a Texas Corp that governs a Texas LLC. If you understand what I need and can help please advise. I need advice on S and C corp differences as well.

I am not sure what you mean by a "nondisclosure state corp."    I can certainly assist you with forming a "c" corporation, an "s" corporation as well as an LLC.  It would probably be a good idea to sit down with me in my office and discuss what you are trying to accomplish with these entities and then discuss the differences between all of them. Each entity does provide some form of asset and personal protection.
