Had money from social security deposited into a net spend account they never released the funds.

More details to this question:
They had claimed they sent it back to the treasury no funds have appeared there yet and social security has no record of it. Now as a result of this im going to loose both of my cars and my 250,000 dollar home and me and my kids will be on the street soon I want to sue in the amount of 1.5 million dollars for the price of the cars the home pain and suffering, and physiological distress.

You will not be able to sue for or recover damages in excess of the amount of funds that were wrongfully not credited to your account. The other items, which are "consequential" damages, are not recoverable under these circumstances.
