Hello, I want to know if I can opt-out a class action lawsuit and suit while the class action motion still didnt get decision?

Let''s say there is class action against software company, and there are two question the responsibility of the company and the amount of damage . I opt out successfully can I suit alone on both questions or I need the court that got the class action need to rule before I can do it alone?
