More details to this question:
Hello, I was selling cell phone equipment on Amazon, around 20,000 per month in sales.Amazon holds their sellers at very high standers, very little room for error. I recently had buyer put in for a claim that I know was fraud and can prove it, buyer was just trying to get the equipment for free. His false claim caused me to go over the defect rate and resulted in my Amazon account to be terminated , You are only aloud one Amazon account per house hold life time and he took t away from me, do I have a case, Thank you very much for your time

You may indeed have a case against the "fraudulent" buyer, but there may be a limited on the amount of damages you can recover because it was not reasonably foreseeable to him that his one small invalid claim would destroy your entire business. You need to consult with an attorney about this.
