Hi. My name is joe and some how I started a strategy for making money on the pick 4 lotto in Oklahoma. My question is, is it illegal to start a lotto.

Is it illegal to start. A lotto( pick 4) investment brokerage firm? I looked into the OK state laws but some how I can''t seem to find it. And if its illegal to charge for this kind of service now that I can guarantee will be in the millions.

If the investments to be sold by your brokerage are interests in games of chance, then those interests will likely themselves be deemed games of chance and subject to the state's anti-gambling laws.
