More details to this question:
We established MBM limo over 6 moths ago. However we would like to purchase another limo company that is located out of city witches 10 mile a part and we like to combine them together, but we dont know the out comes of this action. Both of the limousine companies are under company names no individuals are involved. Both of the company locations are approved in their city halls. Please advise us on this matter.
Thank you in advence
Assuming the "companies" involved are corporations, it is a relatively simple matter to merge the acquired corporation into the acquiring corporation. In a merger between corporations, the acquiring corporation generally acquires all of the assets and liabilities, including licenses and permits, of the acquired corporation.
