More details to this question:
In particular, this business is run by my sister & her husband. It is a vacation beach rental in the San Diego area. I am able to BLOCK THEM AS INDIVIDUALS, BUT NOT THE OCEAN BREEZE OASIS PAGE. SHE IS USING my intellectual property (my personal photos) as advertising for their San Diego beach rental property. She also names me personally on a disclaimer on her Personal page (Susan Reilly Devore), as previously stated, I have her blocked...HELP! THIS IS HARASSMENT, THEFT..IF NOT JUST GENERAL ANNOYANCE...
It is unlawful to use someone's name and likeness for trade or commercial purposes without their consent. It is likewise unlawful to use photographs taken by another without their consent. Facebook has a procedure by which you can protest these uses. If that fails, you can file a lawsuit. See an attorney.
