How can I resolve an issue from my banking institution?

More details to this question:
If you bank with the same banking institution that you have your car loan with and you have a past due car payment amount, can your bank withdraw money from your checking account to pay the past due amounts without customer authorization? Thank You.

The answer depends on the terms of the agreements you signed with the bank. Normally, banks insist that you agree to the right of offset when you open any kind of deposit or loan account. Read the documents you signed.
