How can I stop a guy from showing a porn video of me on the Internet?
I made this video with him and I signed a form giving my consent.

More details to this question:
I agreed because he said the video was going to a different country. He even said to say a different name so I can be anonymous. He paid me, but I''m paying a higher price because it''s all over the Internet and people I know have seen it. It''s humiliating and it''s ruining my life. I''m willing to give him his money back.
The purpose of having a written agreement and making a payment in exchange for the release of your rights was precisely to make sure that the "guy" could continue to exploit the video without fear that you would change your mind. Unfortunately, except in unusual circumstances (which do not appear to be applicable), such arrangements are binding. You may wish to visit with an attorney to have him review the contract you signed, but you should probably not be optimistic.
