How do i approach this the legal way

More details to this question:
i Spent money on a virtual avatar site [ 71-100 $ ] and my avatar was banned off the site i made a ban appeal and it was rejected so i contacted one of the admin he replied with a rude attitude then said he would not give me a refund , even after, he or any admin on the site couldn''t give me proof of why i got banned he then replied "I WILL NO LONGER ANSWER QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS ACCOUNT". so basically i have been cheated out of money. how do i approach this the legal way?
