QUESTION

how do I find out who the owner is

More details to this question:
I took truck in for a minor problem. They did a repair on it, truck was worse then before and I paid for the work. Drove it 200 feet, no power, misfiring. They said it must be fuel pump, replaced pump, I paid for repairs, still not running correctly, the same as before. Decided to take to Chevy dealer for repairs. Found that intake gasket had been cut where it says not to cut, valve cover gaskets over tightened, antifreeze leaking. Repair cost $966.84. Truck running good now. I believe that Harolds auto service took shortcuts to repair truck and therefore I am taking to court for their 2 repairs and the chevy repair. Now the person in charge of the shop and who I talk to is the general manager and I think that is who I should have on the documents.

You will need the shop that actually fixed the vehicle to come in and testify that the original work was bad. You should sue in Small Claims Court (no lawyer required) for the cost of the bad work that was done. You will win!
