How do I find someone to draw up a legal independent contractor agreement?

I have an LLC in NJ and my business partner has an S-Corp in FL. We want a joint independent contractor agreement for a software development team we wish to hire. The agreement must contain a clause allowing us to retain copyright and ownership of the software and programming code so some knowledge of intellectual property would be beneficial. Also, the agreement must contain a clause stating that the developers are liable for any legal recourse resulting from an error in development so some knowledge of liability would be beneficial. How do we go about finding the right attorney or firm?
