More details to this question:
I purchased a mattress in March on Saturday, from Bedman, paid w/debit card. The sales receipt says I will pick the bed up the following day, Sunday. I went to the store the following, Sunday, to find the store closed. I presently have no bed & the owner has my $430.00 & refuses to return my money. He states he has a "no refund" policy. But the mattress never left his store. He has the mattress & my money. Please tell me how I can get my money back?

Call your credit card issuer and ask them to reverse the charge to your account.
