How do I hire licensed psychologists to perform initial evaluation of students for a tutoring business when i don't have license myself in NY state?

I am starting private tutoring business catering to wealthy or high income clients who want their kids to attend elite educational institutions. I wish to perform initial and ongoing evaluations of students to assess their strengths, weaknesses, interests and career fit. For this, I prefer to independently contract licensed psychologists to work part time. I don't have a psychology license. These sessions will take place in clients' homes primarily. How can I make this work?

You could require the parents of the prospective student to provide you with an evaluation from your selected psychologist. They would contract for it with the psychologist and provide you with the report.
