How much can I sell a 12 lesson curriculum series for a support group for ADHD girls to a business for them to use?

More details to this question:
I currently work for the company that wants to buy the series but the idea is that even if I chose to leave the company she will still have the rights to the group and all the materials.

The issue isn't "how much" but rather, as your employer suggests, whether you can sell it at all. If the work was developed by you in the course of your employment, your employer owns it. If I have misunderstood your facts, then you need to rephrase them.
