How to add a division under a company?

Like I want to create a corporation like ABC Corp than create a division under it like ABC cooking wear. I want to know will thus division how it's own EIN Number? And do I have to create another entity with the division?

No, you don't need to set up a new entity: you can just file a DBA. You do not get a new EIN.
