2 years ado I had an argument with my mother in a walmart, and a friend. I decided to leave the argument and grabbed my daughter and tried to leave the stair. One of the on duty managers came out if nowhere grabbed my daughter and told me I couldn''t take the child anywhere. I grabbed the woman and cursed at her. My mother told me I should leave and she would take my daughter home. I left. A year later I find out this woman filed a police report. I was arrested and went through months of traveling between tempe, az and yakima, wa to resolve this. In the end the case was dismissed ass she admitted to police she grabbed my daughter and ram of with her. Is there a case here to sure walmart ass she was on duty at the time of three incident?
