I am seller of my hOme & I''ve been trying to tell my realtor I want to terminate the sales contract & she''s ignored me. & the buyer now says he wants

$30 k to void contract I understand I will pay for fees but I feel my realtor is to be responsible
Because she has not acted on my request & ignored me
I want to keep my home... What can I do

The broker is not a party to the contract of sale. As a general matter, you broker has neither the power nor the duty to terminate a sales contract once you have entered into it; you need to deal with the buyer, and the right to cancel, if any, is determined by the terms of the contract with the buyer. See an attorney and have him review the agreement.
