I found a piece of glass in my coleslaw at popeyes and swallowed pieces of it can I sue for negligence my medical bills or emotional distress?

When I swallowed grinder pieces of glass I had a choking tickling sensation in my throat because of me swallowing small glass I threw up and found just a lil blood in my vomit later on that night I went to emergency room because I was feeling stomach pains in my stomach that were unbearable and I wanted to get checked out. The er doctor did nothing to help and told me rudely that he could not do any cat scan or test because if I swallowed pieces of glass it would be too hard to detect in any test and time will only make me better he could not to anything! I miss work 2 days after that day because I was so tramatize eating glass and had nightmares and couldn''t sleep because of this knowing I could of been seriously hurt and my stomach pain continue 2days after that, I called corporate. The same day and its been 4 days and I have not heard anything from them at all I called a couple of attorneys and some tell me that I cant do anything because the glass didnt cut me or hurt me!
