I have been working through a temp agency at a company for close to 2yrs. Have not been hired because of my criminal history

They began hiring,I put in 2 applications and didn't even get an interview. They have since hired 2 other people. I am qualified for the job but they won't hire me but keeps me on through a temp service. I'm in Pennsylvania

Your facts do not give rise to any legal rights. In the United States, employers are free to choose which job candidates they will hire and which they will not. It is perfectly legal to discriminate against job candidates on the basis of criminal history.
