Him and I are beginning our process and it has been three years of meeting online and never physically met but we need to know how would we begin our process . I am a teacher here in America and he is an engineer in nigerian .

You can satisfy the physical in person meeting requirement by meeting anywhere. He can travel here, or you can travel to his country, or you can meet in a third country.
