More details to this question:
business phone number. It has been 7 days since judgement was granted and they will not transfer back my business phone number willingly in fact they are still answering as my business name and taking orders from my customers. After being shuffled from person to person at AT&T I finally found someone to accept a copy of the judgement giving me immediate ownership of the phone number but AT&T still has not acted on the order and I can get no one to give me any answers or even give me the phone # of the person in charge of the investigation to find out how long this takes --mean while I am losing customers and orders daily. Is there anything else I can do legal wise to make either the defendants comply or AT&T comply faster. Already my attorney''s fees are over $25,000 so would like to find a why to enforce this without the attorney if possible
Apparently AT&T isn't a party to the litigation; if they were, you probably would have gotten results a lot sooner. Why don't you have your attorney commence a separate action against AT&T (if, indeed, that's the correct party)?
