More details to this question:
from this company for 6 months to go over my services and I am receiving no help in what to do with the services I purchased. Spent alot of money. Can I sue this company? Would it even be worth it. Now I am on the verge of bankrupcy.
You do not explain what services you contracted for and what of those services, if anything, the seller has failed to deliver. It would be important to know the value of the undelivered services, if any, and how the failure to receive those services has harmed you economically. It is therefore impossible to advise you whether you might be well served by suing.
