I dont have money for lawers as I'm at the point with mine that I would need $20,000 more to win. He says I have a 80% chance of winning but I don't have that kind of money. Is there any kind of Govrnment aid or something that can help the little guy.

Unfortunately, not. There is no right to legal representation in the United States for indigent litigants in civil matters.
