using was told I was talking down to that person. I was cursed at by the owner and told to get off the property I did this I applied for unemployment TWC gave it to me then the because the employer would never answer them. On the last day of the appeal they answered I went to appeal hearing on the phone The employer lied under oath said alot of things that were not ture and TWC now has turned me down and wants the money back I have no money to give back I do not have a job. and they stopped paying me now. I can apeal it again but where do I go

It doesn't sound as if there is much left to be done by you, except find another job. As a general matter, an unemployment appeal does not involve a re-hearing of the disputed facts -- in other words, the appellate tribunal makes its determination on the basis of the facts as found by the original hearing panel.
