QUESTION
I work at my local fastfood resturant, and I was supposed to work 4-12 midnight. I was working till 12:06 AM. Can I sue my employer?

In a word, no. The additional six minutes are immaterial. You are arguably entitled to overtime compensation for the time worked. That might be, what, $0.50?
